The 2005 Wine Show Judges
Renowned judge and winemaker, Brian Coser, is once again Chairman of Judges.
The judges are Iain Riggs, Brian Fletcher, David O'Leary, Stephen Pannell,
Alan Dinneen with associate judges Kym Eyres, Annette Hutton, Simon Ding
and Lance Parkins.

Each judge uses a 20-point scoring system. There will be 3 judges per panel, with scores displayed out of 60.
Medals will be awarded as follows:
- Gold: wines receiving 55.5 points and over
- Silver: wines receiving 51.0 to 55.0 points
- Bronze: Wines receiving 46.5 to 50.5 points
Trophies will only be awarded to gold medal winning wines.

The Most Successful Exhibitor Trophy will be awarded to the wine producer scoring the most points. Points are accrued in the following manner:
- Gold medal: 5 points
- Silver medal: 3 points
- Bronze medal: 1 point
Judging the Wines
Additional two points will be awarded for a trophy award winning wine.
Wines considered for this award are restricted to any Exhibitors' top eight
awards and excludes classes 26 & 27.
