Exhibitor Sites
Due to the construction of the Duggan Pavilion and responding to feedback from past events, the site plan will change from previous field days.
Site allocation is at the discretion of the event coordinator and every effort will be made to
accommodate your requests.
One 2 Day Pass will be included with each site.
Site Costs
All sites will be marked and allocated to exhibitors. Exhibitors are responsible for all branding and outfitting of their site.
Exhibitors muct be set up by 10am Friday, May 5 and must not start packing down until 2pm Saturday, May 6.
Outside sites

Conditions of Exhibiting
Exhibitors must exhibit for the entirety of the field day.
Exhibitors must have registered and paid for their site by Friday, March 31.
Exhibitors who miss this deadline are not guaranteed space. If sites are available, they will incur a late fee of $100, have no choice of site location and will miss potential additional promotional opportunities.
Exhibitors who cancel their site booking after March 31 will incur a cancellation fee of 10 per cent of their booking.
Specific information regarding parking, setting up and packing up, signage, preferred suppliers, additional promotional opportunities and other conditions will be made available on receipt of site booking.
- All exhibitors must have their own Public Liability Insurance with an indemnity amount of no less than $5 million but preferably $10 million, covering them against any occurrence attributable to their activities or the activities of any persons for whom they are directly responsible and must supply a copy of a certificate of currency with their site booking form. Exhibitors must also have a basic first aid kit.
- All site bookings and payments must be confirmed by Friday, March 31 2006.
- Erection of exhibition structures may commence at 8am Thursday, May 4 and must be completed by 8am Friday, May 5.
- All exhibitors must ensure their marquees, machinery, equipment and displays remain within their site perimeter. Fastening devices, tent pegs and ropes etc. must be contained within the site perimeter.
- No vehicles will be allowed on site during field day opening hours. All Exhibitors vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas.
- Exhibitors must take care not to damage the oval surface. No fencing posts to be dug into grounds. All such structures must be self supporting or spike mounted, by order of
Cowaramup Oval Ground Management. The red line indicates irrigation – do not pierce the
surface of the oval. - Exhibitors must note on their booking contract: any special requirements; if their
exhibit will include a marquee; should power be required exhibitors must provide 20m-30m power extension leads. - Each exhibit will be scrutinised by the Field Day Committee, which reserves the right to reject any entry deemed not suitable for display.
- The Field Day committee will decide on the short seminar program and their decision is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
- Removal of exhibits/machinery must not commence before 2pm Saturday, May 6 and must be completed by 12pm Sunday, May 7.
- Exhibitors failing to attend the field day will be regarded as breaching contract and
monies will not be refunded. - WA Quarantine Laws must be strictly adhered to.
- Exhibitors agree to be bound by the Conditions of Exhibiting.
